Teaching Philosophy

Believing the foundation of academia is the establishment of an environment advantageous for all students with a variety of learning styles and needs, Mr. Kemp, who overcame his own personal struggle with academics, strives to assemble a scholastic atmosphere where students feel secure exploring their creativity by teaching the students to push themselves out of there comfort zone to grow as artists and scholar citizens.

Mr. Kemp endeavors to enlighten his students to understand that Art is the systematic product of the human creative response to the circumstances of existence. Expressing the foundation of human culture itself and that the principals and elements of design are intertwined in every facet of our daily lives. It is this philosophy which drives his students to find success by having not only a better understanding of themselves, but also the world in which they live.
